A wonderous piece by the sickeningly talented KuroBlood originally posted in August of 2015

This Image was distributed as a highly compressed 700x700 jpg.

The Original was run though GIMP [v2.10.18]'s "Selective Gaussian Blur" [Blur Radius: 64, Max. delta: 0.075] Filter as to reduce artifiacting before being denoised [Level 3] & upscaled [4X] through waifu2x using the UpRGB Model in TTS mode.
This resulted in the "(...).Upscale.png" file, which was then manually edited into the 3340x1440 "(...).21x9-UnofficialWallpaper.(...).png" files with the following changes:
 - Re-Drew the cut-off pink cloud-puff from the center left of the original image.
 - Extended the  red rhombus shape from the bottom of the image to extend all the way down.
 - Added back the the darkened diagonal lines & slight grain lost in the upscaling process
 - Extended the "Fire-Icon" pattern from the top of the image, including masking out the original ones as to re-introduce the texturing onto them.
